Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia Accountant Oxana Logutova marked her five-year milestone with the organisation this October.
Initially engaged through a recruitment agency in 2019, Oxana brought her accounting expertise to AHCWA’s Finance Team. Starting her tenure in an Assistant role, she has since progressed in her career, achieving her CPA certification and being promoted to Accountant in 2023.
Oxana has shown consistent dedication to her role, particularly during busy financial periods. Her commitment to ensuring timely processing of payments, especially during end-of-year periods, has been appreciated by the organisation.
During her time at AHCWA, she has contributed to several key finance initiatives, including providing support to the Puntukurnu Aboriginal Medical Service finance function and participating in AHCWA’s annual audit processes. She has also been involved in the organisation’s transition to digital processes, contributing to the review and implementation of new accounting software systems.
Beyond her professional duties, Oxana brings a positive presence to the workplace. She enjoys participating in finance team lunches, whether at local restaurants or sharing meals in the office.
Known for her sweet tooth, she is often happy to share in office treats, particularly when chocolates or Blacksmith’s brownies are available.
Thank you, Oxana, for your five years of service with the Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia, and congratulations on reaching this milestone.
